The NTT INDYCAR SERIES Rookie Of The Year Award is an honor given to the top-finishing rookie driver in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES point standings during the season. A driver is considered a rookie in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES during a given season if the driver has (1) not participated in more than four (4) NTT INDYCAR SERIES events in a racing season, or (2) participated in less than eight (8) INDYCAR SERIES events in his/her career.
